Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), an artificial intelligence software company that specialises in data and decision-making systems, has appointed Brandon Lenssen as its Vice President (VP) and General Manager (GM).

Prior to his appointment, Lenssen was also the VP and GM of Bally’s Corporation, a role that he also held at Affinity Gaming.

Lenssen has also worked as an Electronic Gaming Enforcement Officer at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), an Operations Manager for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and the Senior Director of Gaming Operations of Isle of Capri Casinos.

Lenssen said: “I’ve seen first-hand how the QCI Enterprise platform is making strides across a spectrum of organizational sizes.

“The industry’s diversification, with facets like Sports Betting, Social Gaming, and comprehensive resort offerings, necessitates enterprise-level tools that don’t just gather data but spur action.”

QCI currently operates in over 100 casinos in North America, including Seminole Hard Rock, Angel of the Winds and Monarch, as well as with over 4,000 operators globally.

Andrew Cardno, QCI Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, said: “We are honoured to have Brandon join the QCI family.

“His unparalleled experience and insights will undoubtedly amplify our capabilities and the value we deliver to our partners.

“With Brandon Lenssen joining our ranks, we’re not just adding a member to our team; we’re integrating a wealth of experience, knowledge, and innovative thinking.”

Recently, QCI made headlines again when it was revealed that it had appointed its new AI, called Jarvis, as its new COO.
