Exacta Systems aims to extend its footprint by powering gaming entertainment at Derby City Gaming Downtown in Louisville, KY.
This new 43,000-square-foot gaming venue is owned and operated by Churchill Downs, and will feature a line-up of titles from Everi, AGS, Incredible Technologies and Bluberi – all driven by the Exacta Connect system.
Jeff Clifford, VP of Sales and Revenue for Exacta Systems, said: "Exacta Systems is excited and proud to be launching our system in a Kentucky-based Churchill Downs Incorporated property. Alongside our new partners, we will continue to expand the HHR footprint while also maintaining the highest level of customer support that we're so well known for."
Derby City Downtown's GM, Garth Williams, added: "This is certainly an exciting time for our entire team and we couldn't be happier than to have a partner like Exacta alongside us. Exacta's customer service, reliability and ability to deliver a diversity of game titles from top manufacturers all under one system, make them a partner for success."
On 6 December 2023, Churchill Downs Incorporated celebrated the opening of Derby City Gaming Downtown and has been investing in gaming venues across Kentucky, including HRM establishments. This latest addition in downtown Louisville has created over 150 permanent jobs.
Churchill Downs' prior move to acquire Exacta Systems in a $250m deal in December 2022 contributed to the expansion of their gaming portfolio. Exacta's technology integration with various HRM gaming manufacturers has facilitated operations in several states, including Virginia, Kentucky, Wyoming and New Hampshire.
