Flutter Entertainment brands, Paddy Power and Betfair, have established a partnership with game developer Octoplay, integrating its content into their online casinos, marking Octoplay’s introduction into the UK market.

This integration enables players to access Octoplay's slot machines, including titles like Zeus Smash and Lollicat, initially available exclusively for Paddy Power and Betfair users. Additionally, the agreement covers forthcoming games from Octoplay's production line.

Octoplay CEO Carl Ejlertsson said: “Paddy Power and Betfair are exactly the calibre of operators that we want to provide our games to and these partnerships are a testament to the incredible work that the team puts into each game that leaves our production line.

"We never compromise on quality and always ensure that players are excited and entertained from their first spin to the last. This deal takes us one step closer to our ultimate goal to be a leading supplier to all operators in core regulated markets across the world.”

Andrew Kerr, Head of Paddy Power Games, added: “Octoplay is producing highly entertaining slot games that resonate with our players and we saw this as a great opportunity to bring its games to our lobbies.

"They are an impressive game developer led by a talented, experienced management team and with a portfolio of slots that players want to play. This is a powerful combination and one that will see Octoplay go from strength to strength, while greatly benefiting the product offering of our Paddy Power and Betfair brands.”

Octoplay's recent achievement includes obtaining a supplier licence from Sweden's gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen. This licence enables access to Octoplay's slot library in Sweden through its remote gaming server. The company operates in multiple markets, including Malta, Romania and the UK.

Flutter recently made the strategic move towards a listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). This change, effective from 29 January 2024, aims to streamline the company's listings, focusing primarily on the NYSE and the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Flutter has also been raising funds for causes such as Prostate Cancer UK and supporting initiatives with brands like Paddy Power and Betfair.
