Supplier iGP has appointed Inesa Glazaite and Michael Baker-Mosley as its new CCO and CMO, respectively. The appointments complete the provider's restructuring efforts of senior management after the company brought on former VP of Product at Pariplay Dirk Camilleri as its new CPO earlier this month.

Other appointments include the hiring of Juan Carlos Diaz Dellepiane as Commercial Director in November, whose focus will be on the development of the company’s LatAm and Caribbean ventures.

Glazaite has had a career spanning over a decade, beginning as a Customer Service Specialist and later as Key Account Manager for telecommunications company Telia between 2008 and 2013.

Among other roles, she was a Business Development Executive and Consultative Sales Manager at NetRefer, before moving fully into iGaming with her role as Head of Sales at Soft2bet in 2020. She was also the Senior Sales Director at Delasport in 2022, with her previous role as Commercial Director at Eeze, which she held for over a year.

Glazaite commented on her new role, saying: “IGP is perfectly poised for growth and I’m looking forward to working with current and future iGP partners to support them reach their iGaming ambitions.”

Baker-Mosley, meanwhile, comes to the role of CMO with a range of experience in technology and communications, with his first notable role in 2012. He joined Kambi Group in 2018 and worked with the company for five years, in roles including Senior Brand Marketing and Communications Manager and Head of Brand Marketing.

On his new role, he said: “IGP has everything in place to become a global leader within the industry. We have great products, great core technology and a hungry culture with brilliant people. I’m excited to begin building this brand, showcasing to operators the value we can bring.”

Giovanni Paticchio, iGP CEO, said he was “confident” in the new hires to the company, stating that: “2024 and 2025 are pivotal years for iGP and now we have the leadership team in place, I am even more confident iGP will emerge as a leading brand within the industry.”
