BetConstruct and Fast Track have entered into a partnership to integrate their technologies, aimed at enhancing player engagement in the iGaming industry.
This collaboration allows BetConstruct operators to utilise Fast Track's AI-powered CRM platform, enabling real-time data access and personalised player experiences.
The integration marks a new development, as it is the first time BetConstruct has incorporated a third-party CRM solution.
Fast Track's flagship product, Fast Track CRM, integrates with gaming platforms, distribution channels and bonus engines, using real-time data to facilitate targeted campaigns and personalised player journeys.
The integration aims to optimise player engagement strategies and reduce time to market. BetConstruct operators will reportedly benefit from a streamlined onboarding process, gaining access to real-time information for data-driven decision-making.
Central to this integration is Fast Track's Singularity Model, an AI-driven system designed to enhance player retention and loyalty by analysing player behaviour in real-time and delivering personalised content.
