Novibet boosts betting experience with Stats Perform’s Opta Data

These new features will be rolled out to coincide with major tournaments such as Euro 2024 and Copa América.

Novibet is set to bolster its football betting experience this summer by launching a range of new user features, powered by Stats Perform’s Opta data and OptaAI.

This development comes as part of Novibet's extended partnership with Stats Perform – a collaboration that aims to provide bettors with a more immersive and informative betting environment.

Key features of this upgrade include an "Opta Stats" section on both the Novibet website and app. This section will feature advanced metrics like OptaAI-powered expected goals and expected assists, both of which are designed to help bettors make informed decisions quickly.

Additionally, Novibet will introduce "Opta Points" betting markets that focus on player performances, aiming to increase engagement across matches.

These new features will be rolled out across Novibet’s territories in Europe and South America, coinciding with major tournaments such as the 2024 Euros and Copa América.

Giannis Paraschos, Novibet’s Head of Sportsbook Product, stated: “We’re delighted to extend our deep relationship with Stats Perform and use its Opta brand prominently to increase our users' trust in our product. Our team is also really proud of the way we’ve built Opta Points into our front-end UI and back-end pricing.

“The Euros and Copa América are the ideal competitions to use Opta Points to help our users follow their favourite club players as they represent their countries and find new heroes.

“We think it’ll make more of the games and more of the players matter to our bettors and be an enormously popular way for them to immerse themselves in the tournaments”.

In related news, Novibet recently joined the IBIA, a move that saw the operator joining more than 50 other companies and 125 sports betting brands to try and protect regulated sports betting markets from match-fixing.
