Supplier Stats Perform has entered a new collaboration with the English Football League (EFL) after winning the exclusive International Betting Live Streaming Rights for the competition.
Set to commence at the start of the 2024/25 season, this partnership aims to utilise Stats Perform’s technology alongside Opta data to enhance the organisation’s user experience and player offerings.
Earlier this year, Stats Perform entered a sportsbook technology arrangement with Kindred. More recently, in June, Stats Perform partnered with ICC to become its official data partner, a development which was closely followed by an additional collaboration with Novibet ahead of Copa America and Euro 2024.
Andrew Ashenden, Chief Betting Officer at Stats Perform, spoke on this latest deal, saying: “We are thrilled to add the English Football League’s storied teams and thrilling, high quality competitions to our Bet LiveStreams offering. This agreement underscores our commitment to helping our licensed sportsbook partners provide the most trusted and entertaining sports betting experiences to their customers. The ELF's rich history and passionate fanbase make it an ideal addition to their services.”
For the EFL, this latest news follows the announcement of a new code of conduct pertaining to gambling-related agreements earlier this summer.
Ben Wright, Chief Commercial Officer at the EFL, said: “We are delighted to partner with Stats Perform, a highly trusted global leader in sports AI and technology and the pioneer in live streaming for betting, we look forward to working closely together to deliver an exciting and innovative product.”
