Gaming provider BGaming has announced a €10,000 ($10,850) donation to the European Intercultural Club in support of its biodiversity education programme in the Portuguese city of Lisbon.

BGaming’s donation is said to have been put towards financing children’s skill development initiatives, as well as premises repairs and organisational requirements. The new biodiversity education programme, supported by the gaming provider, aims to help students engage with the urban environment of the city through audiovisual techniques such as observatory nature walks.

BGaming CEO Marina Ostrovtsova spoke on the donation, saying: “Creativity is a proven way to support young children’s development and we take joy in donating to valuable causes that champion this. Just as BGaming is dedicated to producing the most creative games on the market, we are committed to building strong communities through art.

“The children at The European Intercultural Club are sure to benefit from their time taking part in this semester-long project and we can’t wait to hear about the results.”

It was a busy summer for BGaming, who drew focus on Eastern European expansion, partnering with Inbet for its Bulgarian debut in July and also making its entry into the Lithuanian market via partnership with Uniclub in August. More recently, in September, the provider made inroads into the sweepstakes market as part of a collaboration with Casinowebscripts.

Now, this latest donation looks to solidify its brand recognition and customer outreach through the support of sustainable initiatives in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon.
