Supplier EveryMatrix has announced a new, Africa-based turnkey sportsbook technology partnership with MBet, which will see the integration of the OddsMatrix platform to MBet’s sports betting offering.

The new deal spans across Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and will see the addition of a range of sportsbook events, pre-live and bet builder content to MBet’s platform via the OddsMatrix product, alongside the integration of odds management control tools.

This latest deal represents EveryMatrix’s largest Africa-based turnkey collaboration to date, as it will also supply MBet with a range of products that have been designed with localised content. The East African operator will be hoping to enhance its player offerings to bettors in the named regions as part of this latest deal, as it looks to solidify its sportsbook’s presence across the continent.

MBet CEO Javier Diaz spoke on the new deal, saying: “We are immensely proud of everything MBet has achieved in the last decade. Securing leading positions in Tanzania and the DRC has demonstrated the growth journey we’ve been on.

“What has become clear in the last 18 months is that to take us to the next level in our operations we need to be aligned with a leading third-party technology provider.

“After a thorough search we are confident that we have selected the right partner in EveryMatrix. The hyper growth they have achieved globally in the last several years has been inspiring and their end-to-end turnkey offering provides us with the content, tools, features and localised capabilities to differentiate our daily offering and scale MBet upwards onto a new level.”

For EveryMatrix, this latest announcement comes hot on the heels of its Fantasma acquisition bid. This overall strategy also saw the company acquire FSB as part of an all-cash deal in July. More recently, EveryMatrix also joined the AIEJA in Mexico.

EveryMatrix CEO and Co-Founder Ebbe Groes also spoke on the latest deal, saying: “This tier-one African turnkey partnership sends a strong signal that EveryMatrix is rapidly becoming the ‘go-to’ platform provider for ambitious operators in the exciting Africa region.

“Africa presents a unique set of scalability challenges for platform providers but, with millions of bets processed daily across our OddsMatrix sportsbook platform, this is a region tailormade for the transformative capabilities of the EveryMatrix technology.”
