Key points:
- Aristocrat Gaming has launched a new House of the Dragon slot
- The slot has debuted at Wynn Las Vegas
- Actor Steve Toussaint joined company executives in Las Vegas for the launch
Aristocrat Gaming’s House of the Dragon slot game series launched in an event which saw series star Steve Toussaint join casino players and company executives at Wynn Las Vegas.
The slot is set to be featured on Aristocrat’s King Max cabinet and draws on the action elements of the Emmy-winning HBO House of the Dragon series. The game includes metamorphic features including Instant Win, Double All, Boost Prize and Mega Prize.
Indeed, the phenomenon of series-themed slots is a common occurrence in the modern gaming industry – and can often prove popular with players, with Light & Wonder’s Squid Game: One Lucky Day having just claimed the Online Slot of the Year prize at the 2025 Global Gaming Awards EMEA in Barcelona, last week.
Speaking on this latest launch, Kurt Gissane, Chief Revenue Officer of Aristocrat Gaming, said: "This is a thrilling world premiere of a groundbreaking and exciting new game. We're delighted Steve Toussaint was here to celebrate and elevate the fanfare around the game, accentuating the entertainment factor House of the Dragon™ slot game offers."
Good to know: After delivering a strong FY24 performance, Aristocrat Gaming also announced a new CEO in Craig Toner last month
This latest release has been developed by Aristocrat in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment and seeks to build on the company’s Game of Thrones-themed slot brand line.
Earlier this month, Aristocrat Gaming also launched its new NFL-themed slot machines in Puerto Rico, rolling out across 13 casinos in the nation and marking the slot’s debut outside of the North American market.
