Key points:

- SCCG Management and Smartico have partnered to launch Smartico USA, a CRM and gamification platform for US iGaming operators

- The platform integrates AI-powered CRM automation, jackpot technology and gamification tools within a single system

- The agreement follows SCCG’s recent partnership with Voluum to enhance marketing analytics for iGaming operators

SCCG Management has announced a partnership with Smartico to launch Smartico USA, a technology platform designed to integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and gamification tools for US iGaming operators.

The system combines AI-driven CRM automation with player engagement and loyalty features within a single back-office solution.

The Smartico USA platform incorporates CRM automation that uses AI to optimise player retention strategies, personalisation and engagement. It also includes a jackpot system that enables operators to create player-funded and operator-funded jackpots.

Additionally, the platform features built-in gamification tools such as loyalty programs, interactive challenges and free-to-play games.

SCCG has expanded its involvement in AI-driven solutions in the gaming industry. In February 2025, the company partnered with Voluum to introduce real-time tracking and data analytics for iGaming marketing strategies.

That collaboration focused on improving campaign performance by measuring key player acquisition metrics, such as first-time deposits and return on investment.

SCCG has also engaged in regulatory and compliance initiatives, having previously partnered with Steelhead Compliance to support tribal gaming regulations.

Good to know: SCCG will introduce the Smartico USA platform to operators within its industry network as part of its broader expansion in the US market

Additionally, the company has worked with Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise (ONGE) to develop mobile gaming solutions across tribal casino operations in Oklahoma.

Stephen Crystal, Founder & CEO of SCCG Management, said: “While other platforms focus on one or the other, Smartico USA offers a seamless, AI-driven experience that allows operators to boost retention, drive revenue and enhance player loyalty – all from a single back-office system.”
