Relax Gaming has announced a new partnership with DraftKings, bringing its portfolio of online casino games to players in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Ontario.
The agreement marks a new step in Relax Gaming’s expansion into North America, strengthening its presence in regulated markets across the United States and Canada.
Off the back of the deal, DraftKings will integrate Relax Gaming’s titles into its casino platform, offering players access to a broader range of games.
This expansion comes during a period of notable activity for both companies. DraftKings recently reported nearly $4.8bn in revenue for fiscal year 2024, representing a 30.1% year-on-year increase.
Despite this growth, the company posted a net loss of $507.3m – though this figure represents a 36.8% improvement from the previous year’s losses.
Another milestone for DraftKings was achieving its first positive adjusted EBITDA, which reached $181.3m for FY2024 compared to a $151m loss in 2023.
The company has projected continued growth for 2025, with revenue guidance between $6.3bn and $6.6bn.
Relax Gaming has had its own developments in early 2025, including its nineteenth Dream Drop Mega Jackpot win, which saw a player win €2.9m ($3m) from a €2 bet on Beellionaires Dream Drop.
Shortly prior to this, the company also struck up a new partnership with NetBet Denmark.
