Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) and Tulalip Resort Casino have announced a strategic partnership to integrate QCI’s data intelligence platform into the casino’s operations. 

The collaboration is expected to enhance decision-making processes, improve service quality and optimise guest experiences at the Washington-based casino and resort.  

The QCI software is designed to provide real-time data insights, allowing casinos to analyse customer interactions, manage resources and streamline operations.  

Tulalip Resort Casino’s management expects the system to support its broader business objectives by improving operational efficiency across gaming and hospitality services.  

James Ham Jr, Executive VP of Casino Operations at Tulalip Resort Casino, said: “The QCI platform is a game-changer and we believe it will not only streamline our operations but also elevate the level of service and entertainment we provide to our valued guests.”

In May 2024, QCI announced an extended partnership with Delaware North, introducing the QCI Host platform to optimise customer data analysis and business strategies.

The implementation process at Tulalip Resort Casino is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with staff training scheduled as part of the integration. 

Both companies anticipate that the partnership will contribute to operational improvements and data-driven enhancements in the Washington gaming market.
