Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has recently announced the extension of its partnership with Buffalo Run Casino & Resort, aiming to improve guest satisfaction and increase profitability via technology integration.

In recent initiatives, QCI introduced Pala Purl in collaboration with Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort, allowing players mobile access to manage accounts and self-comp redemption for various rewards.
Additionally, QCI expanded software tooling across gaming sites in New South Wales, Australia, and deployed its platform at Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming properties in North America and Punta Cana.
