Key points:

– Silver Reef Casino Resort has partnered with Gaming Analytics for real-time AI-powered analytics

– The platform aims to enable faster decision-making across slots, marketing and operations

Silver Reef Casino Resort has partnered with Gaming Analytics (GA) to implement real-time, artificial intelligence-driven analytics across its operations.

The move is designed to boost data-driven decision-making without the need for an in-house analytics department.

By using GA’s platform, Silver Reef can analyse guest behaviour, monitor campaign effectiveness and track operational trends through a unified interface – bypassing the delays of manual reporting.

Commenting on the development, Dale Robertson, General Manager at Silver Reef, stated: “As a property without a formal analytics department, Gaming Analytics provides an essential resource.

“The ability to analyse patron behaviour in real time and adjust marketing strategy immediately has made a measurable impact. GA’s platform is invaluable.

“We see this as a foundation for broader digital transformation. Real-time data access, combined with GA’s support, positions us to make smarter decisions across the entire property.”

A notable area of implementation has been in slot operations. According to Wayne Moenoa, Director of Slots, the casino now uses GA’s tools to identify underperforming machines, adjust layouts and fine-tune player incentives in real time.

Good to know: Looking ahead, Silver Reef plans to extend GA’s capabilities beyond the gaming floor; the resort anticipates using insights from GA’s platform to optimise retail operations, improve customer engagement and enhance cross-departmental efficiency

The Silver Reef implementation comes amid a range of other technological partnerships being made in the gaming sector, including SCCG Management’s expanded partnership with biometric software provider Aware, announced earlier today.

SCCG’s collaboration with Aware aims to enhance identity verification and fraud prevention via solutions for age verification, multi-factor authentication and document validation.
