Relax Gaming has appointed Angela van den Berg as its new General Counsel. With 17 years of experience in the iGaming sector, Van den Berg brings legal expertise to the company.
Van den Berg has spent over two decades in various legal roles, including as a partner in private legal practice and as in-house counsel for leading iGaming companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Legal Officer at Games Global, where she focused on establishing the company’s legal framework.
At Relax Gaming, Van den Berg will lead the legal function, managing the company’s legal affairs and providing advice on business operations. Based in the Isle of Man office, she will work closely with the leadership team to develop the company’s expansion efforts.
Good to know: Van den Berg is also the Chair of Love Tech, an Isle of Man-based charity that focuses on mentoring women in STEM fields

Van den Berg's appointment follows Relax Gaming’s expansion in North America through a partnership with DraftKings, which will see its game portfolio launched in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Ontario. Additionally, the company has recently introduced Tiger Shrine, a new slot game offering players a new experience.
