Key points:
- Allwyn and Formula 1 will donate €100,000 to each of four community-focused initiatives in 2025
- The new award will recognise positive social contributions from F1-linked projects
- Winners will be selected at races in the Netherlands, US, Mexico and Las Vegas
After recently becoming partners, Allwyn and Formula 1 have jointly launched the F1 Allwyn Global Community Award, an initiative aimed at recognising and supporting social impact projects linked to the world of Formula 1.
Each selected initiative will receive a €100,000 ($117,000) donation from Allwyn and be spotlighted on the international F1 stage.
The first award will be presented at the Dutch Grand Prix in August, with three further winners to be announced at races in Austin, Las Vegas and Mexico City later in the year.
The award is designed to honour projects that demonstrate meaningful community engagement in education, culture, wellbeing or sustainability. Local race promoters will identify eligible programmes, which may be run by teams, partners or other stakeholders involved in Formula 1 events.
In addition to the donation, awardees will receive a trophy and the opportunity to attend a Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Allwyn Group CEO Robert Chvátal said: “Our partnership with Formula 1 is the perfect chance to demonstrate our commitment to communities through the creation of this inspiring award.”

The companies have also expressed interest in expanding the award to additional races during the 2026 season.
