GGPoker announces launch of Road to London poker series
The events will be held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London.
Online poker room GGPoker has announced the introduction of Road to London, a series of online poker tournaments giving players the chance to win their way to live poker events in London.
The Road to London aims to provide an experience for players seeking fame, fortune and the thrill of competitive poker on a global stage. Seats in two live poker tournaments, the £21,200 ($27,000) Triton Super High Roller GGMillion$ Live and the £3,300 WSOP Super Circuit Series London Main Event, are now live.
Some of the renowned poker players in the world will be playing in the £21,200 Triton Super High Roller GGMillion$ Live starting on 27 July. The £3,300 WSOP Super Circuit Series London Main Event, which will begin on 8 August, will feature £3,000,000 ($3,835,000) in guaranteed prize money.
Through Road to London, at least 200 players will take part in the WSOP Super Circuit London Main Event. Winners of these satellite competitions will be eligible to play in one of three live Day 1 events in London or an OnLive Day 1 tournament at GGPoker.
