Circa Resort & Casino installs Alexa Smart Properties through Hotel Genie
Guests at the property will be able to use Alexa for a range of uses, from playing music to making specific housekeeping requests.
Circa Resort & Casino has announced the installation of Amazon’s Alexa Smart Properties (ASP) in all of its rooms in downtown Las Vegas.
Guests will be able to use the voice-based AI to procure a variety of information, such as details of check-out times and reservations, make housekeeping requests and order food.

The housekeeping requests will be sent directly to staff at the property, with additional reports available for management, such as common requests by customers, response times and performance figures.
