Four Jacks Hotel and Casino announces integration of CasinoTrac system

Four Jacks Hotel & Casino, located in Jackpot, Nevada, has selected CasinoTrac to replace its Casino Management System.

The CasinoTrac system, from Table Trac, works as a complete end-to-end service that unifies all management services in one platform.

As part of the CMS system, CasinoTrac also provides a player loyalty programme, which will be the first of its kind at Four Jacks Hotel and Casino.

The Player’s Club loyalty scheme will launch for customers once it has been established.

Chad Hoehne, Table Trac Inc President, said, “We have been working hard to provide CasinoTrac’s value and reliability to our system clients in northern Nevada since 2016; it’s always exciting to add another partner.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to earn their business.

“The Four Jacks team is strong, a knowledgeable operating group – we appreciate their confidence in CasinoTrac and our team.”

CasinoTrac was developed to provide operators with an easier way to manage operators, including the opportunity to create comprehensive insights and revenue audits.

Derrick Jack, Four Jacks Hotel and Casino Owner and Operator, said: “We are excited to work with CasinoTrac.

“Launching our first player’s club will provide additional benefits and a new level of service to our loyal players.”

Four Jacks Hotel and Casino isn’t the only venue to have announced a partnership with CasinoTrac this month, with the tribe of Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa signing a similar deal for the Legendary Waters Resort & Casino.
