Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort and QCI Introduce Pala Purl
The introduction of Pala Purl is a joint effort by QCI and Pala Casino to streamline player experiences and accessibility to rewards, with the goal of fostering increased player engagement and loyalty.
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) and Pala Casino Spa & Golf Resort have unveiled the Pala Purl, a product aiming to offer Pala casino players mobile access to their accounts, enabling self-comp redemption for rewards such as free play, concert tickets, hotel stays and food comps.
Fred Buro, Pala Casino’s CEO & CMO, stated: “The Pala Purl is not just a cool tool; it’s a game-changer. Our players can now reward themselves instantly and seamlessly, which eliminates a variety of hurdles players sometimes needed to overcome to get player comps and rewards.”

QCI’s recently collaborated with Modulus, a gaming management systems supplier, to strategically enter the European gaming market. Furthermore, QCI has been restructuring internally with new appointments, including the hiring of an AI called Jarvis as COO and Brandon Lenssen as VP and GM.
In February 2023, QCI deployed its QCI Enterprise Platform at properties owned by Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, to enhance guest experiences across various casino properties in North America and Punta Cana.
