The Pools has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Chris Williams as Head of Product and Matt Knowles as Head of CRM. These roles are central to the company’s plans for a digital transformation and rebranding campaign set to launch in 2025.
Williams, formerly Head of Product at LiveScore Group, brings a decade of experience in developing betting products across app, mobile and web platforms. His role will focus on improving The Pools’ multi-channel offerings and delivering a user-friendly betting experience.
Knowles joins with a strong background in customer engagement and retention, having worked with Betway, Gamesys and Betfair. At The Pools, he will reportedly focus on optimising customer relationship strategies, loyalty programs and satisfaction initiatives.
