MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Vosloo attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where he earnt a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (1997 - 2002) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General (1997 - 2002) during the same period.

EMPLOYMENT

Vosloo embarked on his career at Deloitte, where he served as an Audit Manager from September 2002 to September 2009. During this period, he gained extensive experience overseeing external audits for a diverse portfolio of gaming and real estate clients. Vosloo became well-versed in SEC reporting, playing a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and compliance. 

Following his tenure at Deloitte, Vosloo joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. as Executive Director of Finance from October 2009 to June 2014. In this role, he successfully restructured financial processes and instituted robust anti-money laundering protocols. His efforts streamlined operations, enhancing efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Notably, he played a central role in integrating multiple business units into a corporate shared services framework, promoting synergy and cost-effectiveness. 

Transitioning to San Manuel Casino, Vosloo served as CFO from July 2014 to June 2018. In this influential capacity, he provided leadership and oversight in critical financial areas. His responsibilities encompassed financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, forecasting and strategic planning. Additionally, Vosloo managed construction budgets and played a pivotal role in ensuring robust anti-money laundering compliance. Under his financial stewardship, the casino achieved greater fiscal discipline and stability. 

In June 2018, Vosloo transitioned to the SMBMI as CFO, where his strategic financial acumen continued to make a significant impact. Here, he was instrumental in establishing a comprehensive long-term financial plan that laid the foundation for sustainable growth. Additionally, he played a vital role in devising a sovereign wealth fund strategy, aligning it with the Tribe's financial objectives and ensuring prudent management of its resources. 

Since assuming the role of CEO in August 2020, Vosloo has worked closely with Tribal leadership to oversee all facets of SMBMI's enterprises. His leadership extends beyond financial matters, guiding the Tribe's growth trajectory while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
