Guisard’s continued success earned her the role of Group SVP for Strategy, Insights & Commercial Operations in 2018. In this position, she crafted the long-term growth strategy for North America’s $16bn market and launched a beverage innovation program that generated $2bn in net sales within three years.
In 2020, Guisard joined Kraft Heinz as Chief Strategy, Transformation and Digital Officer. Here, she led Kraft Heinz’s Transformation Office and digital restructuring across global supply chain, procurement, revenue management and marketing functions.
