MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

Guisard is a seasoned C-level executive known for her expertise in driving growth and navigating strategic shifts for a range of renowned, global companies.

With a background spanning consumer goods, technology and financial services industries in the Americas and Europe, Guisard's career has been marked by a consumer-first approach, strategic thinking and the effective leveraging of technology.

Prior to her current role at Entain, Guisard held the position of Chief Strategy, Transformation and Digital Officer at Kraft Heinz. During her time in this role, Guisard was instrumental in redefining Kraft Heinz’s strategic and digital roadmap, crafting five to 10-year growth strategies for the company and developing a technology pipeline projected to generate $1.5bn in enterprise value.

Stepping into her new role at Entain (where she will be reporting directly to CEO Gavin Isaacs), Guisard is primed to lead global strategic planning, M&A integrations and customer service initiatives.

EMPLOYMENT

Guisard began her career in 2008 as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Roland Berger. In this role, she worked across consumer products, technology and financial services clients. During her three-year tenure, she was promoted four times, showcasing her aptitude for growth strategies, market entry planning, operational design and M&A.

In 2011, Guisard joined Goldman Sachs' Investment Management Division, honing her analytical skills and expertise in areas like asset allocation, private equity and equity research.

Building on her experience in finance and consulting, Guisard joined AB InBev, where she embarked on a nearly decade-long tenure that saw her advance through roles in finance, strategy and brand management.

Early in her AB InBev career, Guisard refined the company’s brand profitability structures and global planning cycles. Her contributions included designing the brand’s first P&L model, optimising resource allocation across AB InBev’s 200-brand portfolio and playing a key role in AB InBev’s acquisition of SAB Miller.

As she progressed through AB InBev, Guisard assumed the position of Group VP and General Manager for Imported and Regional Brands in 2016, where she managed a $3bn portfolio spanning multiple continents. During this time, she redefined brand strategies, launched the Hispanic Market Development program and positioned Mexican imports for national US launches – achieving double-digit growth in the process.

Guisard’s continued success earned her the role of Group SVP for Strategy, Insights & Commercial Operations in 2018. In this position, she crafted the long-term growth strategy for North America’s $16bn market and launched a beverage innovation program that generated $2bn in net sales within three years.

In 2020, Guisard joined Kraft Heinz as Chief Strategy, Transformation and Digital Officer. Here, she led Kraft Heinz’s Transformation Office and digital restructuring across global supply chain, procurement, revenue management and marketing functions. Her contributions included developing a technology pipeline projected to generate $1.5bn in enterprise value and establishing 36 agile teams across digital and operational functions.

In her latest move, Guisard has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer of Entain. In this role, she will be responsible for global strategic planning, M&A integration and customer service initiatives – drawing on her extensive experience to try and drive Entain's continued growth.

Commenting on Guisard’s appointment to the new role, Entain CEO Gavin Isaacs stated: “Dafne brings a wealth of experience in driving strategic growth and delivering transformation on a global scale.

"Her appointment will help place Entain at the leading edge of innovation, as well as strengthen the executive management team as we build on a period of stronger-than-expected revenue growth and key market expansion. Dafne will be a tremendous asset to Entain.”
