Shape Games has announced a partnership with Puerto Rico-based operator LMG Gaming.

Shape Games is part of the Kambi Group and was founded in 2018. Kambi acquired the brand for €38.5m ($41m) in 2022.

As part of this new multi-year deal, Shape Games will provide its technology on top of Kambi’s sportsbook. LMG Gaming is owned by Puerto Rican media company Liberman Media Group.

Shapes Games signed a new partnership with Jack Entertainment earlier this year. Shape Games also completed an agreement with Wagr, following Wagr being acquired by Yahoo, as well as announcing a partnership with Betsson Group in Canada.

Kambi reported revenue of €44m for Q1 2023, a 19% rise from the same period in the previous year. However, operating profit fell 38% from the previous year with a figure of €4.5m.

Morten Tonnesen, Shape Games CCO, said: “We are very pleased to have sealed this partnership with LMG Gaming, an agreement which sees us continue to build on our commercial momentum as part of the Kambi Group.

“Having recently signed partnerships with operators including Betsson Group and Wagr, we are excited to work closely with LMG Gaming to help create memorable customer experiences through the delivery of our fully native front-end technology.”

Winter Horton, Partner at LMG Gaming, said: “After extensive research, it was clear that Shape Games was the best-in-class partner for our front end. We are very happy with our partnership and excited to deliver the most feature-rich and easy-to-use customer interface in the industry to our clients.”
