The appointment will support a new focus by ComeOn Group for its proprietary sportsbook, developed by the in-house team.

ComeOn Group appoints Nicholas Jones as Head of Trading

ComeOn Group, a global iGaming operator, has appointed Nicholas Jones as its new Head of Trading.

Jones has over 30 of experience in the trading industry, as well as a number of roles with global operators.

Prior to his position as Head of Trading at ComeOn Group, Jones was the Head of Pre-Match Trading at OpenBet.

He has also been the Head of In-Play Betting and Superbet, the Head of Football with GVC (now Entain), Head Bookmaker at Bwin and Head Trader at Betfred.

Jonathan West, ComeOn Group Director of Sportsbook, said: “We are thrilled to have Nick on board here at ComeOn.

“With our increased focus on our in-house sportsbook platform, it was important that we found someone who knows trading inside out, and Nick is certainly that person.

“With his vast experience, he was the perfect fit to complement the talented team across all our locations and define and execute our risk strategy.

As Head of Trading, Jones will be responsible for defining and implementing different strategies for ComeOn’s proprietary sportsbook platform.

Some of the brands owned and operated by ComeOn Group include Casinostugan, Galaksino, Get Lucky, SunMaker and PZBuk.

West continues: “As we accelerate our investment in our sportsbook strategy and in-house platform we know that, with Nick on board, we are in safe hands as we unlock the biggest growth opportunity within Sportsbook for the years to come for us.”

As well as its sportsbook vertical, ComeOn Group also launched the Nordic Ruby Lounge earlier this summer.
