Zeal Network SE appoints Sebastian Bielski to Management Board
Bielski will oversee finance, investor relations and ESG matters.
The Supervisory Board of Zeal Network SE, a German online lottery provider, has appointed Sebastian Bielski to join the Zeal Management Board from 15 September 2023. He will officially assume the position of Group CFO on 1 October 2023.
Under a three-year agreement, Bielski will oversee finance, investor relations and ESG matters.
Coming from Energiekonzepte Deutschland GmbH, where he held the position of CFO since 2022, Bielski’s prior experience includes serving as CFO and Board of Management member at Smava GmbH, a German loan comparison portal, where he supervised finance, legal and investor relations for over seven years.
He succeeds Jonas Mattsson, who has opted not to extend his current term and has held the CFO role at Lotto24 since December 2019.
Peter Steiner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE, said: “With Sebastian Bielski, we are very happy to welcome an experienced financial expert and leadership personality to our Management Board.
