It has appointed Don Westcott as SVP and Global Chief Compliance Officer, and Tammi Barlow as the VP of Global Responsibility and Social Impact.
Westcott has more than 25 years of compliance leadership experience in the financial technology and gaming sectors. Notably, he served as the Global Head of Compliance at Nuvei, a payment service provider.
Previously, Westcott held roles in Fortune 500 companies like Fiserv and First Data, where he designed regulatory compliance programs and controlled frameworks for financial institutions and fintech service providers in the gaming industry.
Westcott initiated his professional journey in the gaming sector by gaining leadership experience at Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos and the Isle of Capri Casinos. His gaming career commenced at Jumer's Casino & Hotel, which is now part of Bally's Quad Cities.
Barlow has over a decade of experience in establishing and overseeing responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility initiatives within the gaming industry. Before joining Bally’s, Barlow led the development and execution of Rush Street Interactive's corporate social responsibility strategy, focusing on responsible gaming initiatives.
Barlow was a previous Co-Chairwoman and is currently a committee member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee for Global Gaming Women. She is currently Chairwoman of the Responsible Gaming Committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling. Additionally, Barlow is an active member of several committees, including the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health, and African Americans in Gaming.
