Relax Gaming makes Swiss debut with Grand Casino Luzern 

Relax Gaming will provide a range of games from its portfolio to the Grand Casino Luzern-operated Mycasino.

Relax Gaming has made its debut in Switzerland via a partnership with Grand Casino Luzern and its online platform, Mycasino.  

As part of the partnership, the iGaming aggregator and supplier will provide Mycasino with a range of games from its portfolio, including Banana Town, Money Train and Wild Chapo. More titles are expected to follow. Mycasino has been in operation since 2019 and is operated by Grand Casino Luzern. 

The launch in Switzerland marks the 23rd territory Relax Gaming has entered. Other recent launches include Pennsylvania in June with BetMGM and Spain in 2022 via Entain, among others. 

On the launch, Relax Gaming CEO Martin Stålros said: “Our continued growth across the globe is something we are all incredibly proud of. The Swiss market presents many interesting opportunities and I believe we have the right content to appeal to the passionate audience.” 

Relax Gaming Chief Regulatory Officer Alexia Smilovic Rønde added: “Entering the Swiss market through our prime partnership with Grand Casino Luzern marks another significant step in expanding our presence in high-profile regulated markets. Switzerland is truly a staple of European jurisdictions and is known for its high regulatory standards, which we are pleased to have successfully met. We will be looking forward to expanding our presence in the coming months.” 

Grand Casino Luzern CEO Wolfgang Bliem concluded: “The partnership with Relax Gaming marks an important step for Mycasino. Their innovative approach and diverse game portfolio perfectly align with our commitment to maintaining our leadership in the market. We’re thrilled to be the first online casino in the Swiss market to partner with Relax Gaming and continue providing top-tier entertainment to our players.” 

In June, Mycasino partnered with Stakelogic Live to provide branded live casino content to the operator. Indeed, despite the aforementioned “high regulatory standards,” many brands have been trying their hand at the Swiss market. Some recent examples include Pariplay’s expanded Swiss presence via a partnership with Swiss4Win, Wazdan’s Swiss expansion (also with Swiss4Win) and GiG’s partnership with Grand Casino Basel.
