Merkur Group has today announced a new, long-term partnership arrangement with game developer Spintec within which the two will collaborate on gaming innovations in an attempt to enhance their respective user experience.
As stated by the company, Merkur hopes this new agreement will help it expand into key markets and further establish the presence of both brands on a global scale. This news closely follows the announcement of Merkur as the new official partner of Austrian football team RB Leipzig. More recently, Paul Gauselmann stepped down from his leadership role within the company, as Lars Felderhoff was appointed the new Chairman.
Commenting on this latest development, Dominik Raasch, CEO of adp Merkur GmbH, the responsible subsidiary of Merkur Group, said: "Spintec is a true expert in its field and a tremendous addition to our product portfolio. I am certain that this alliance will unlock promising synergies and drive the sustainable growth of both companies. This is not the first time the two companies have collaborated in recent years, as Spintec and Merkur Gaming partnered to install electronic tables at Monheim Casino in May 2023. More recently, Spintec brokered a new deal with Konami Australia.
