Supplier Enteractive has announced the appointment of Lukasz Zebrowski as its new Head of Compliance.
As part of his new role, Zebrowski will now be responsible for helping Enteractive deliver responsible and safe player retention and reactivation services. He will hope to utilise his previous experience to also adapt to differing regulatory landscapes within the global market, especially regarding key focus areas such as fraud detection within online gambling.
Commenting on his appointment of Head of Compliance, Zebrowski said: “"At Enteractive, my focus will be on aligning our services with the highest industry standards, ensuring regulatory alignment in all the markets we operate in. We are dedicated to maintaining a compliance-first approach, particularly in player protection and fraud prevention, with comprehensive training programs to uphold these values at every level."
Good to know: In September, Enteractive also appointed a new Head of Sales in Tim Vindehall
Enteractive had a busy start to 2024, entering both a CRM services-based collaboration with Stake.com, as well as announcing a player conversion and reactivation partnership with Bethard in February. The organisation’s strategy of expanding its partnership portfolio continued into March, when it announced a new deal with PlayStar for the development of targeted campaigns to help win back players.
Enteractive CBDO Andrew Foster also commented on Zebrowski’s appointment, stating: "Lukasz’s expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes will strengthen our compliance efforts, helping us deliver even greater value to our clients across diverse jurisdictions. His leadership will ensure we maintain the highest standards in responsible gambling and fraud detection, reinforcing our commitment to safeguarding operators and their players."
