PlayStar enters partnership with Enteractive for reactivation campaigns

PlayStar partners with Enteractive to use targeted campaigns to win back inactive players and boost revenue.

PlayStar has announced a partnership with Enteractive. The collaboration aims to improve PlayStar's customer relationship management efforts by implementing reactivation campaigns targeted at reclaiming players from dormant accounts within its sports betting brand.

Enteractive will lead activation projects for PlayStar, focusing on the activation of registered non-funded player accounts and reactivation initiatives to bring back lapsed players.

Jon Bowden, PlayStar CMO, said: "We are thrilled to partner with Enteractive and their innovative approach to player engagement. The team's expertise in both conversion and reactivation campaigns will help us maximise our Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and enhance the player experience for our audiences."

Enteractive, with 15 years of experience in player conversion and reactivation, facilitates direct communication between iGaming companies and players through one-to-one interactions by phone, using its proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform.

Andrew Foster, Enteractive CBO, added: "Our primary goal is to facilitate direct communication between iGaming companies and their players using genuine one-on-one interactions. With the aid of our highly skilled team of local US call agents, we are certain that PlayStar can increase its results in player conversions and reactivations."

Enteractive's track record includes engaging with over 8.1 million players in the past year, generating over €59m ($63.8m) for global operators.

This month, PlayStar ventured into live streaming in collaboration with SGG Media, unveiling Casino Stream, one of the first fully licensed streaming casino shows on Twitch.

Additionally, PlayStar has expanded its presence in New Jersey through a partnership with Pariplay, integrating slots and online games into its Fusion platform.
