Key points:

- BetConstruct and Galaxy Gaming announce new online gaming partnership

- The deal sees Galaxy Gaming content become available via BetConstruct’s platform

Platform and content provider BetConstruct has announced a new partnership agreement which will see online table game content from Galaxy Gaming merged onto its online platform.

The new agreement sees a number of Galaxy’s online brands – such as Buster Blackjack, Lucky Lucky, Perfect Pairs, Three Card Prime and 21+3 – licensed via the BetConstruct platform. This new collaborative effort encompasses blackjack, baccarat and poker offerings, with Galaxy’s live casino and random number generator (RNG) now being powered by CreedRoomz and Pascal Gaming, respectively.

For BetConstruct, this new deal follows the announcement of another strategic collaboration with Flutter in February, which saw the former’s games added on to Betfair International. Then, in May, the company also entered into a CRM partnership with Fast Track.

Good to know: BetConstruct was the lead sponsor for the Asia-Pacific Global Gaming Awards 2024

Speaking on this new announcement, Sargis Poghosyan, Deputy CPO at SoftConstruct, said: “"As we continue to innovate, partnering with Galaxy Gaming allows us to bring some of the world’s most beloved table games to our customers. These exciting titles perfectly complement our game selections and will enhance the offerings from CreedRoomz and Pascal Gaming."

"Galaxy games are a natural fit for our platform, and help us meet the growing demand for variety and quality across our markets. By adding them, we’re taking another step toward expanding our reach and delivering even more value to our players."

For Galaxy Gaming, this new arrangement comes after the announcement that the company would be subject to an $85m takeover by Evolution which is set to close in mid-2025. Early in the year, the organisation also posted its Q4 2023 financial results, revealing a net loss of $819,891.

Also commenting on the BetConstruct collaboration was VP of iGaming at Galaxy Gaming, Jason McCulloch, who said: "We are thrilled to announce that Galaxy games will now be available through BetConstruct.

"As a global leader in table game content, we see strong alignment with BetConstruct's strong international presence and market reach. We look forward to the opportunities this collaboration will bring as we continue to expand into new markets and deliver exceptional gaming experiences to a broader audience."
