BVGroup has confirmed a long-term partnership with Playtech, under which its brands, including BetVictor and Heart Bingo, have migrated to Playtech’s bingo platform.
The transition allows BVGroup to access Playtech’s bingo network, which provides shared liquidity across multiple operators and a portfolio of networked games.
Playtech’s VP of Interactive Gaming, Marat Koss, said: “We are excited to welcome BVGroup to the Playtech Bingo network. This is a strategic move for BVGroup to transition their Bingo product to Playtech's new Bingo platform.”

In January 2025, Playtech launched its bingo platform in the Netherlands through a partnership with Nederlandse Loterij, introducing over 20 exclusive in-room games. This move followed a previous deal with Finland’s Veikkaus for live casino content.
Playtech has also made structural changes to its leadership. In January, the company announced that Chairman Brian Mattingley would step down after overseeing a transition period.
Additionally, its Regulatory & Compliance and Sustainability Committees were merged, while Samy Reeb was appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
The long-term impact of the transition will be observed as Playtech further develops its bingo network and BVGroup integrates its brands into the platform.
