Wynn Macau has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), outlining a three-year collaboration focused on nurturing professional talent and supporting industry exchange in Macau.

The agreement was formalised during the ATD X Wynn 2025 Asia Leadership Summit, held at Wynn Palace. The event brought together over 200 executives and specialists from across the Asia-Pacific region and was supported by several Macau SAR Government departments.

Themed ‘Leading Through Change: Bridging Technology and Human Capital’, the summit addressed the intersection of workforce development and technological innovation. Attendees included corporate leaders, talent development professionals and academics, who shared insights on navigating organisational change.

Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of Wynn Macau, stated that the new agreement continues the company’s cooperation with ATD, with the aim of building platforms for professional exchange. She noted that such initiatives help reinforce Macau’s international ties in the field of talent development.

Dr Wang Wei, Global Senior Director of ATD, welcomed the renewed partnership and noted that it would bring additional resources and support to talent programmes in Macau and the Greater Bay Area.

The summit featured a mix of keynote speeches and panel discussions. Participants explored approaches to talent training, leadership strategy and adapting to new workplace demands brought on by rapid digitalisation.

The collaboration with Wynn aims to encourage further dialogue, skill-building and industry participation in the region.
