Key points:
- Fanatics Sportsbook partners with Almost Friday Media for season two of Glory Daze
- The podcast, hosted by Johnny Manziel, will feature weekly interviews and betting integrations
- Follows Fanatics’ ongoing expansion in the US, including its New Jersey launch in May 2024
Fanatics Sportsbook and Almost Friday Media have announced the return of Glory Daze, a weekly podcast hosted by former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel.
The second season, launching 12 June 2025, marks an extended content partnership that will integrate sportsbook promotions and audience engagement tools.
The series, produced by Almost Friday Media, features interviews with current and former athletes reflecting on defining moments in their careers.
Manziel’s first guest in the new season is Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby. Additional guests will appear weekly on podcast platforms and Manziel’s YouTube channel.
As part of the partnership, Manziel will appear as “Johnny FanCash” during Fanatics Sportsbook advertising segments and participate in weekly picks and giveaways through the platform.
Fanatics users will be able to access related content directly via the app, which is now available in 20 US states following the sportsbook’s most recent launch in New Jersey in May 2024.
Good to know: Fanatics Sportsbook completed its transition from PointsBet’s US operations in 2024, consolidating user accounts, rewards and responsible gaming features into a single app and wallet across jurisdictions
A live edition of Glory Daze will be recorded at Fanatics Fest NYC – a three-day event scheduled for 20–22 June at the Javits Center in New York City.
The sports-themed festival is expected to combine elements of live entertainment, memorabilia and interactive fan experiences.
Manziel said: “This season is all about going deeper into those stories and connecting with the fans who remember these glory days just as vividly as we do. It's about celebrating the moments that shaped the sports we love."
