Optimove and EGT Digital announce marketing platform integration ahead of iGB Live

Integration enables operators using X-Nave to launch real-time campaigns powered by behavioural data and AI-driven CRM tools.

Optimove and EGT Digital have announced a new partnership that will integrate Optimove’s Positionless Marketing Platform into EGT Digital’s modular X-Nave platform. 

The move is intended to provide operators with a unified system for launching hyper-personalised, real-time marketing campaigns.

Through this integration, EGT Digital’s clients will be able to utilise Optimove’s AI-powered CRM features to interpret and respond to player behaviour without relying on fixed workflows.

Motti Colman, VP Revenue, Gaming at Optimove, said: “EGT Digital is pushing the industry forward with an agile and future-focused platform. Together, we’re enabling operators to unlock the full power of Positionless Marketing, giving every marketer the ability to analyse data, generate creative assets and launch self-optimising campaigns without waiting on anyone else.”

The companies state that the Positionless Marketing approach aligns with EGT Digital’s mission to offer flexible, scalable solutions across casino, sportsbook and lottery. According to EGT Digital, the integration will support customer engagement, retention and player lifetime value.

The integration will be presented at iGB Live in London this July, where both companies plan to demonstrate its automation and personalisation capabilities to industry stakeholders.
