In addition to leading FDJ, Pallez serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris and as Director of Eurazeo and CNP Assurances.
Throughout her career, Pallez has served in both the public and corporate arenas. She has years of experience in both investment and in finance.
While with the Ministry of Finance, she functioned as a strategic leader who was heavily involved in helping several publicly owned companies successfully restructure and privatize their businesses. She has worked in banking and insurance, as well as in international financial negotiations.
Prior to serving in her current role, Pallez worked for the CCR as its Chairwoman and CEO from 2011 to 2015.
She held a position with France Telecom-Orange telecommunications Group as its Deputy Chief Financial Officer between 2004 and 2011. Pallez has served in other finance roles throughout her lengthy career and worked with the Treasury at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in several executive management positions.
During her tenure, Groupe FDJ and Scientific Games recently released iDecide, which is a lottery game enhancement that allows instant scratch card players the choice to expand play through a digital gaming option. The enhancement represents a first for the global lottery industry.
Scratch cards games that feature iDecide have a QR code for players to scan with their mobile device if they wish to continue playing through the digital version.
Winners can redeem their prizes at a lottery retailer, regardless of whether they played physical or digital games. Players have the option of redeeming their winnings instantly as well. All digital play results are automatically updated through iDecide.
