Cameron-Doe is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Wynn Resorts, where she is responsible for overseeing all financial departments. Wynn Resorts is an operator of high-end hotels and casinos in the US, Macau and (in the future) the UAE.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

In 2014, as the General Manager of Finance. Cameron-Doe assisted in the Aristocrat acquisition of VGT through financial due diligence and equity debt raising. The acquisition was completed for $1.3bn, and was comprised of a seven-year term loan and a five-year revolving facility.

Following the migration of HotelClub to the US, Cameron-Doe was involved in the reworking of business processes across the entire company, including the restructuring of the finance team. She also established a connection with an outsourcing company to assist with transactional accounting work.

During her time at ebookers, Cameron-Doe reduced the financial headcount and reliance on contractors by $4m. She was also responsible for implementing Oracle financials across 10 countries to facilitate an early sale date for the company. Once the sale to the private equity firm was confirmed, Cameron-Doe hired a new team and retained them through this period of change.

EMPLOYMENT

Cameron-Doe currently holds the position of CFO at Wynn Resorts. She joined the company in April 2022. She succeeded Craig Billings, who had moved to become CEO of the company.

In June 2023, Wynn Resorts announced that it had extended Cameron-Doe’s contract until 1 June 2026, including a pay rise of 6% for a total annual salary of $950,000.

Prior to this, she worked as CFO for Aristocrat, a global gaming content and technology company. She joined Aristocraft in 2013 as a General Manager in the Planning and Finance department, before becoming General Manager for Finance in 2014.

While at Aristocrat, she oversaw and managed several departments, including planning, tax, treasury, risk & internal audit, management and financial reporting, supply chain and R&D finance support.

Before joining the iGaming industry, Cameron-Doe worked as the Finance Director for Healthcare Australia, HotelClub and ebookers. The latter were international businesses, of which she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of their global finances. While working as a Finance Director at ebookers, she also helped with the launch and implementation of a new global sales platform.
