MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

During his time with Konami, the company was selected by Full House Resorts to implement its Synkros casino management system at Illinois' The Temporary by American Place. The venue holds a temporary licence and sits just 30 minutes north of O’Hare International Airport in Chicago.

The Temporary by American Place is home to 50 tables games and nearly 1,000 slot machines, which now incorporates Synkros CMS.

EMPLOYMENT

Crosby has more than 30 years of experience in the gaming industry and specialises in games research and development, as well as in product strategy, business operations management and hardware and software engineering.

He has held multiple key leadership positions during his time at Konami. When he first joined the company, Crosby served as a leader in Konami Australia’s R&D department. He was later promoted to the role of Director and Group Manager of Product Development. The company named him as its Chief Games Product Officer in August 2022.

Konami Gaming President and CEO Steve Sutherland commended Crosby for his years with the group and commented on his latest appointment.

Sutherland said, "Gerard Crosby has been with the Konami organisation for 23 years, leading with demonstrated commitment to product quality and driving exceptional results for casinos across diverse market segment.

"Through Gerard's expanded leadership and ongoing collaboration between Konami’s world-class R&D teams in the United States, Australia and Japan, we anticipate expanding games product outcomes for our casino customers worldwide."

PRODUCTS LAUNCHED

Under Crosby’s leadership, the company recently partnered with Caesars Sportsbook & Casino to make its real money titles available through the Caesars Digital platform.

Through the agreement, players in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Michigan, as well as in the Canadian province of Ontario can access Konami slot titles on Caesars platform.

Komani has also expanded its digital footprint beyond the US to include delivering titles to casinos around the globe. The company recently launched its Dimension game series in Peru.
