EMPLOYMENT
Before joining Softswiss, Starovoitov established himself as a seasoned professional in the banking sector, a journey that commenced following his graduation in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and business studies.
However, his career took a transformative turn when he shifted his expertise towards the realm of information technology. In 2017, Starovoitov assumed the leadership of the Softswiss Game Aggregator, propelling the solution to a pivotal position within the company's product portfolio.
In 2020, Starovoitov was promoted to the esteemed role of COO at Softswiss.
Two year later, in 2022, Starovoitov achieved another career milestone by being appointed as Co-CEO at Softswiss.

Andrey Starovoitov took part in Gambling Insider's Roundtable: The rise of aggregation, to which he stated: "Right now it is quite difficult to determine whether the aggregator business model will be viable in the US market. This is largely because individual regulation in each state is not a favourable environment for such a business model to develop. The success of the gaming aggregator model in Europe is mainly ensured by the availability of licences, such as the MGA, as well as a unified approach in terms of aggregator requirements from various European regulators.
