MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Burns has been a part of the gaming industry since 2006, with a career now spanning over 15 years. Her experience in VP, CEO and SVP roles at companies including Bally Technologies and Scientific Games led her to begin her career with Aristocrat in 2019 as EVP, Customer Experience.
She then went on to become COO at Anaxi.
Under her leadership, the company has partnered with several notable industry brands that include FanDuel, BetMGM and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.

Burns was received a nomination for American Executive of the Year at the 2023 Global Gaming Awards in Las Vegas.
EMPLOYMENT
Burns began her career in gaming in 2006, where she spent close to six years as Vice President Asia Pacific for Bally Technologies. From 2012 to 2014 she worked as Group CEO for TCSJohnHuxley, leaving the role in December 2014.
After this Burns worked for Scientific Games as the Senior Vice President of Gaming Systems. In this role Burns was responsible for global gaming systems for the company, working in the role for just over a year and a half.
Burns joined Aristocrat in 2019 and served as its EVP, Customer Experience for three and a half years up until she stepped into her latest position with Anaxi.
She took on her most recent role as Anaxi COO in March 2023.
PRODUCTS LAUNCHED
During Burns’ time with the company, Anaxi has continued its expansion throughout the US. The company signed a strategic agreement with Penn Interactive (PI) in May 2023 to extend its reach in the North American market. Under the terms of the deal, Anaxi offered PI’s players access to Aristocrat titles and brands on PI’s digital gaming platforms.
Players can also utilize the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino because of Anaxi’s collaboration with Penn Interactive. The titles were available on Android devices at launch as well as in New Jersey through the Barstool Sportsbook & Casino.
During her tenure, Burns also aided the company in launching a mobile on-premises solution for Tribal operators. The technology allows casino patrons to access Aristocrat’s Class-II gaming products on their mobile devices.
