Oliver Chow's career trajectory is marked by financial acumen and leadership across organisations. A standout achievement is his tenure at Aristocrat, where he spearheaded the Americas, EMEA and Customer Experience divisions as CFO. His financial strategy propelled Aristocrat to record growth in the gaming industry.

Notable positions include Senior Director of Finance at Universal Pictures and CFO at Aristocrat. Chow is now the official CFO at Light & Wonder, after holding the position as Interim CFO for several months in 2023. 

EMPLOYMENT

Chow embarked on his career at JP Morgan Chase in New York, participating in a rotational leadership program across Investment Bank Finance, Global Procurement Services and Global Finance from 2002 to 2005, securing a placement within the Global Finance division.

Transitioning to Deluxe Entertainment Services in Burbank, CA, Chow served as the Senior Manager of Finance for Deluxe Digital Media & Advertising Services from 2007 to 2011. He oversaw financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and all FP&A reporting for the Ad Services and Content Management divisions, managing a team of two direct reports.

Venturing into Universal Pictures in Universal City, CA, Chow held the position of Senior Director of Finance in 2016. Here, he managed the Creative Services finance team.

Chow's career trajectory led him to Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas, NV, where he served in various finance roles from 2016 to 2021, staying with the company for five years. Beginning as the VP of Commercial Finance, he eventually became the CFO for the Americas, EMEA and Customer Experience. His responsibilities encompassed steering financial strategies across multiple regions and overseeing customer-centric financial operations.

Transitioning to Light & Wonder in Las Vegas, NV, Chow's tenure evolved from Interim CFO in August 2023 to his current position as the EVP, CFO and Treasurer since December 2023. Within a brief period, he earned the transition into his new leadership roles at the company.
