Oleksandr Feshchenko

Oleksandr Feshchenko is the CEO of GR8 Tech, a provider of B2B iGaming solutions. Feshchenko assumed this pivotal role on 1 January 2025, succeeding Evgen Belousov, who has led the company since its inception.

Recognised for his expertise in revenue growth, product development and operational leadership, Feshchenko has built a career distinguished by his ability to integrate technical and business strategies to drive innovation. With over a decade of experience in IT, gambling and sportsbook domains, he is well-positioned to lead GR8 Tech into a new chapter of transformation and market expansion.

His expertise in launching projects from scratch and optimising cross-functional teams has consistently delivered impactful results.  

Employment

Oleksandr Feshchenko began his career at Bank Forum, part of the Commerzbank Group, in 2009 as an Economist in the Financial Statement Analysis Department. There, he developed systems for calculating internal credit ratings and analysed financial statements to improve risk evaluation processes.   

In 2010, he joined Alfa-Bank Ukraine as an Analyst and Developer in the Market Risks Department, where he focused on automating risk reporting and developing value-at-risk metrics for currency pairs and bonds. His work involved designing financial models and conducting in-depth analyses of market trends.   

From 2012 to 2013, Feshchenko served as a Senior Analyst and Developer at Delta Bank, designing systems to automate financial statement processing and developing methodologies for assessing credit risk costs in retail banking.   

In 2013, he joined EPAM Systems as a Senior Quantitative Developer and later advanced to Delivery Manager. During his tenure, he implemented high-performance risk simulation and pricing models, led a team of over 20 specialists and transformed development processes to adopt Agile methodologies.   

Feshchenko entered the iGaming industry in 2017, joining BETLAB as a Program Manager. In this role, he managed complex IT projects in the sportsbook and gambling domains, leading multiple teams to deliver innovative solutions.   

In 2019, he transitioned to an iGaming software company, initially serving as Delivery Manager and progressing to roles including Head of PMO and Head of Sportsbook. These positions involved overseeing the development and commercialisation of sportsbook products, as well as reorganising teams to enhance productivity and innovation.   

In 2022, Feshchenko was appointed CRO at the same company, focusing on business model and product development for sportsbook, casino, CRM and platform solutions.   

Feshchenko joined GR8 Tech in February 2023 as CRO. Over the next year, he played a key role in driving revenue growth and optimising product offerings. By mid-2024, he was promoted to Deputy CEO, where he oversaw strategic initiatives and prepared to take on greater leadership responsibilities.   

As of 1 January 2025, Oleksandr Feshchenko officially became CEO of GR8 Tech, succeeding Evgen Belousov. His appointment comes as the company celebrates its two-year anniversary, marking a new phase of growth and transformation under his leadership.
