MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Over the course of her career, Birch has climbed her way up the corporate ladder in a number of high-profile leadership positions in the hospitality sector.
Throughout her career, Birch has worked in revenue management for several well-known Las Vegas hotels such as Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
During this time, her professional performance has seen her earn several accolades such as being named one of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s ‘Revenue Management Professionals of the Year’ and a ‘Woman to Watch’ by Vegas Inc.
Birch spent more than 13 years with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where she specialised in strategic planning as SVP of Revenue Optimisation for the luxury casino resort.
She also serves on the board of Women in Travel Tech, an organisation with the aim to advance women in travel tech businesses to leadership positions and support travel tech companies led by women.
In November 2022, Birch made the move to Fontainebleau, Las Vegas, where she took on the position of COO, a role that she held for just over a year before resigning in January 2024.

Birch has received multiple accolades thorughout her career. She has been named one of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s 'Revenue Management Professionals of the Year', UNLV Harrah College of Hospitality’s 'Alumna of the Year', and a 'Woman to Watch' by Vegas Inc. Furthermore, she has been named one of HSMAI’s 'Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization'.
EMPLOYMENT
After completing her BS in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Birch began her career at Ceasars Palace in August 1999. Her first role there was as Housekeeping Manager, a position she held for just over a year before moving up to Reservations Manager in September 2000.
Birch worked as the Reservations Manager for Caesars Palace for a year and a half between September 2000 and March 2002 before moving up the ranks once again into the position of Front Office Manager. Not long after, Birch went on to work as the Hotel Yield Manager, bringing her time with the hotel to nearly five years.
Following on from her time at Caesars Palace, Birch was ultimately promoted to the role of Director of Revenue Management for Caesars Entertainment in July 2004. She held this role for one year before parting ways with the company in June 2005.
Immediately after, Birch was appointed as the Director of Revenue Management for the Western Division of Harrah’s Entertainment. During this role, Birch was responsible for overseeing the revenue management operations for the company’s hotel rooms. She held this position for more than three years from June 2005 to September 2008.
Birch then embarked on a 10-month stint as the Executive Director for the Revenue Management & Contact Center at Fontainebleau, Las Vegas, a role that she held from September 2008 to June 2009. She then worked briefly as the VP of Revenue Management and Distribution for American Casino & Entertainment Properties for five months from July 2009 to November 2009.
Birch’s next move saw her joining The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a company that she ultimately worked with for more than 13 years. She joined the company in November 2009 as the VP of Revenue Optimisation. Off the back of her strong performance, she was then appointed as the SVP of Revenue Optimisation in January 2016, a position that she held until December 2022.
During her time with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Birch also became an Advisory Board Member for Women in Travel Tech, a company that aims to advance women in travel tech businesses to leadership positions. Birch began undertaking this position in September 2017 and she still holds the role to this day.
Finally, in November 2022, Birch returned to Fontainebleau, Las Vegas. There, she was appointed as the COO before resigning from the role in January 2024.
