Bradamante’s career is marked by his involvement in numerous high-profile transactions and growth initiatives. One of his most significant achievements was leading Maverick Slots through a successful merger with Elysium in 2021, subsequently overseeing its sale to the Glitnor Group in 2024.
EMPLOYMENT
Enrico Bradamante began his professional journey as a Project Engineer at Ricardo Software in 1994. In this role, based in the United Kingdom, he contributed to various engineering projects, focusing on technical advancements in the automotive sector.
He later transitioned into sales in 1996, taking up the role of Sales Manager at Ricardo Software, where he was responsible for building and managing client relationships in the Greater Chicago Area.
His work in sales allowed him to sharpen his commercial acumen, which led to his promotion to Business Development Manager in 1999. In this role, Bradamante led strategic initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue growth across North America, driving long-term client partnerships and expanding Ricardo Software’s market presence.
In 2003, after completing his MBA at INSEAD, Bradamante joined Dell Technologies as Storage Marketing Manager. At Dell, he was responsible for driving marketing strategies for the company’s storage business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
His success in this role led to his promotion to Imaging Business Manager in 2005, where he oversaw the P&L for Dell’s Imaging division in the EMEA region, driving significant revenue growth during his tenure. In 2006, he advanced to Senior Manager, Printer Product Marketing, leading the launch of new laser printers and successfully managing the end-of-life transition for previous products in the region.
Bradamante moved to Eastman Kodak Company in 2007, taking up the role of Director for Inkjet Systems in the EAMER region. Here, he developed and executed business strategies that increased Kodak’s market share in the printer industry, particularly in the UK.
Over the next three years, he managed marketing budgets exceeding $25 million and played a critical role in aligning Kodak’s business objectives with regional market demands.
In 2010, he transitioned to the Premium Output Segment at Kodak, where he coordinated strategic plans across product groups for the EAMER region, ensuring the business’s long-term success in various markets.
His success at Kodak culminated in his appointment as Regional Business Manager for Document Imaging and Enterprise, where he oversaw a large team and managed P&L for Kodak’s document imaging business across multiple regions.
In 2012, Bradamante transitioned to the iGaming sector, joining NetEnt as Head of Account Management and later becoming Managing Director. During his tenure at NetEnt, Bradamante was responsible for global market operations, growing customer revenues and overseeing significant business developments that positioned NetEnt as a leader in digital gaming solutions. His leadership helped the company expand its market reach and drive substantial growth in the competitive iGaming industry.
In 2018, Bradamante took on the role of CEO at Maverick Slots, where he led the company through a transformative period, including a merger with Elysium in 2021 and its eventual sale to Glitnor Group in 2024.
His innovative approach to gaming platforms and collaboration between developers and suppliers was widely recognised as a notable point in the industry. Additionally, Bradamante served as a Board Member for Enteractive from 2020 to 2022, contributing to the company’s strategic growth in player reactivation services.
From November 2021 to February 2024, Bradamante served as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director at Pariplay. He was instrumental in scaling the company’s operations. His leadership at Pariplay focused on expanding its global market presence and forging strategic partnerships, contributing significantly to the company’s rapid growth.
In October 2024, Bradamante joined Relax Gaming as Chief Growth Officer. In his current role, he leads the company’s efforts to expand its presence in key global markets, collaborating closely with commercial teams to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
