Bagniya joined Softswiss in 2020, stepping into her role as CMO. She has led the company to expand its marketing, and now orchestrates the development of forward-thinking marketing and business strategies for the company and its products. She has also led improvements in control performance and implemented regular analytics and desk studies.
In two years at the company, Bagniya has built a B2B marketing department with other 30 employees. She said in a recent social media post: “When I came here, there was no marketing department at all. And now we are a team of more than 25 professionals in four different countries charged with the success of our company.
Under Valentina’s marketing leadership, Softswiss has expanded its presence in new markets – LatAm and Asia – as well as strengthened visibility in existing ones by bringing the heat to Malta with the blazing chili brand campaign in 2022.
She added: "All these achievements would be impossible without marketing people working with me shoulder to shoulder.”
Valentina has 16+ years of experience in age-restricted product marketing.
Before joining Softswiss, Bagniya headed the marketing function in one of the Finnish Olvi Group companies and other strong beverage-producing businesses. In addition, Valentina managed brands at such international companies as Nestle, Heineken and British American Tobacco.
