Quadient, an automation solutions provider, has announced a partnership with Buzz Bingo to install its Parcel Pending automated locker system across the UK's bingo network.
The initial phase will see automated lockers deployed in 35 of Buzz Bingo's 81 locations, with plans for further expansion in the future.
The lockers will accept deliveries and returns from major carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and UPS – as well as offering additional services like key drop-offs via Keynest.
Commenting on the new deal, Katia Bourgeais Crémel, Quadient's Director of Lockers Automation for Europe, stated: “We’re thrilled to bring our intelligent lockers to Buzz Bingo clubs, offering a secure and user-friendly solution for parcel collection.
Good to know: Quadient currently maintains over 25,000 units across markets in the US, Japan and Europe
“This collaboration enhances the experience for Buzz Bingo members, encourages more visitors and supports sustainable last-mile delivery solutions.
“By making parcel delivery more accessible, we are also strengthening connections within local communities and look forward to seeing how this partnership evolves.”
This development comes as Buzz Bingo continues to diversify its offerings, following its recent launch of Bullseye-themed gaming experiences across its physical and digital platforms.
