- Ihor Zarechnyi has been promoted to Evoplay CCO

- He moves on from his previous post as CBDO

- This announcement comes following a busy year of EU expansion for the supplier

Supplier Evoplay has announced the promotion of Ihor Zarechnyi to the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Indeed, Zarechnyi initially joined Evoplay in 2021, stepping into the role of Head of Sales – and was promoted to the role of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) in January of 2024. During his tenure as CBDO, Zarechnyi’s responsibilities extended to overseeing the development of new products and helping to implement the company’s growth plan.

Now, Zarechnyi moves on from this role to take over the commercial department at Evoplay. His new responsibilities will include overseeing initiatives in market expansions and partnership enhancements.

Commenting on his appointment, Zarechnyi said: "Having witnessed Evoplay's development over the past few years, I am honoured to take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer at this vital time of expansion. We are keen to continue our upward trajectory by delivering fresh gaming experiences to more players than ever before, and I look forward to leading our commercial efforts as we continue to grow, innovate and solidify our position as a market leader."

This point was built upon by Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay, who said: "Ihor has been an integral part of Evoplay’s success, playing a pivotal role in expanding our commercial reach and building strong relationships with partners worldwide. His expertise, leadership and vision make him the perfect fit for the role of Chief Commercial Officer.”

Good to know: 2024 was a year of expansion for Evoplay, who recently entered the Czech market in Q4

Prior to this, the supplier also expanded its presence in the European market into Hungary via partnership with Vegas.hu in the region in June.

Further, earlier in the month, Evoplay also unveiled a new collaboration with Sesame in the Bulgarian market, a deal which fell closely behind an additional, Georgian-based partnership arrangement with Europebet.
