Co-Founder & CEO
Enteractive
Mikael Hansson is the Co-Founder of Enteractive and has been serving as the company’s CEO since 2008. Enteractive was created to help gaming operators reactivate players and specialises in generating profit from an inactive customer database.
In February 2023, Enteractive signed a deal with Rootz to provide reactivation services across Canada, Finland and New Zealand.
In the same month, the company announced it would deliver reactivation campaigns in the Dutch market after having signed an agreement with Entain’s BetCity.
In May 2022, Enteractive made its debut in the US market after it was granted a service licence from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and, in October, it expanded its presence within the US after receiving a service licence from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
This was followed by the group’s celebration of 10 years of partnership with Betsson in June 2022. At this time, Kaizen Gaming began using Enteractive’s reactivation services in numerous markets across Europe and LatAm.
Because of his extensive expertise and vast experience in the gaming industry, Hansson was a member of the Judging Panel at the Global Gaming Awards London 2023.
Enteractive won Services Provider of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards London 2023.
Hansson is also the owner of a consulting company, JMH Floyd Investment, and has been CEO since December 2007.
Between 2002 and 2005 he served as the CFO of World Class Sweden, and between 2003 and 2007 he served as CFO of the International branch of World Class.
In October 2019, Hansson talked to the GI team and discussed why operators should focus on giving their customers recognition and attention.
Three years later, in October 2022, Hansson and the GI team spoke again, about the company’s growth in the reactivation and retention market.
